We are a group of Journalism students at the University of Oregon researching the effects of drinking on college campuses; focusing specifically on the UO. We have spent time researching the many factors that contribute to binge drinking as well as the preventative measures that the University of Oregon takes to ensure students safety. We also have examined the resources provided by the University of Oregon, to encourage students to drink responsibly. On top of looking at this issue at the UO, we have examined the patterns and dangers of binge drinking nation wide.
